EYFS Topics
Term 5:
During our fifth term at school we are going to focusing on our new topic all about food! We will be answering our big question 'Where does food come from?' We will talk about the food we like the best and we will find out about which foods are the best for our bodies. We will draw and paint our chosen fruit and we we will learn how to chop fruit safely to make our own fruit salad - just like Oliver does in the story 'Oliver's Fruit Salad', which is one of our Drawing Club texts. We will taste different types of fruit, rate them out of five stars and think of a word to describe what each fruit looks like or tastes like.
During this term we will also learn all about our senses and we will focus on oral hygiene and learn about the role of a dentist.
